Hey, I’m Brooke the one tying everything you see here.

Fishing has always been a huge part of my life, and a lot of that comes from time spent with my grandpa. He’s the one who got me out on the water early and showed me what it really means to enjoy it not just catching fish, but everything that comes with it.

Between being outside, fishing with my dogs, and figuring out what fish are actually biting, I started tying my own flies and jigs and turned it into Brookie’s Bug Box.

Everything here is hand tied by me, not mass produced. I focus on the small details because that’s what makes the difference when you’re actually out there fishing.

Whether you’re going after crappie, bass, or trout, my goal is simple make stuff that catches and that you can trust on the water.

This all started with my grandpa, and it’s something I carry with me every time I’m on the water.
