Refunds & Replacements
We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:
Your order arrives damaged, or
You receive the wrong item
To be eligible:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery
Include your order number and a photo of the issue
Once approved, we will either:
Send a replacement, or
Issue a refund to your original payment method
Lost Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will help however we can.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed, as we begin tying and preparing them right away
